As founder of Greater National Advocates (GNANOW.org), he works to raise awareness about the life-saving role of independent patient advocates and ensure no one has to face the healthcare system alone.

Amanda is a patient advocate, educator, and founder of WellGuide Advocacy, LLC, where she specializes in helping individuals living with pain and chronic illness. Drawing from her own experience with autoimmune disease, Amanda bridges the science of pain with the human side of advocacy, empowering patients to be heard and supported.

He’s authored over 250 publications, contributed to the Improving Diagnosis in Health Care report, and leads research focused on cancer diagnosis in marginalized populations. His many honors include the Eisenberg Award, ISMP Lifetime Achievement Award, and APHA’s Donabedian Quality Award.
